Lately, I’ve noticed a bit of inconsistency with the pricing for pedicures and manicures. It seems like the charges can vary quite a bit from one visit to the next, and sometimes there are additional costs that I wasn’t expecting. It would be super helpful to have a clearer understanding of the pricing structure and what’s included, especially when different technicians seem to have their own approach to charges.

When it comes to pedicures, I’ve found that the process can feel a little rushed. I’m usually looking forward to a relaxing treat, but sometimes the leg massage feels quite fast and firm, almost like there’s a hurry to move on. Also, I’ve occasionally experienced small nicks around my cuticles, which isn’t ideal. I’d really appreciate a more gentle and unhurried experience to truly unwind.

For my manicures, I’m quite particular about keeping my natural nails a bit longer and with a nice rounded shape. I always try to communicate this, but more often than not, they end up getting filed down shorter and into a square shape, which isn’t quite what I’m aiming for. I’d love for my preferences regarding length and shape to be consistently maintained.

These things have unfortunately made me hesitate to visit as frequently as I used to. I truly value a wonderful nail care experience and would be thrilled if there was a way to ensure more consistent service and an even more relaxing visit in the future.
